I, the artist….
- have the rights to the produced drawing, not the client. Therefore, I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself and display it on any of my accounts.
- will tag the client when posting the commissioned piece on any of my accounts when its for the first time
- will include a watermark of my user (@im_devastated__) and cannot be removed off the commissioned piece.
- can decline a commission.The client…
- will use the commissioned piece for personal use only.
- Can print the artwork, claim the character(s) and ideas as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- is able to post their commissioned piece without credits. (credits are appreciated though)

Payment- Payment is accepted through PayPal, currency is CAD
- paid full upfront
- or pay full upfront when sketch has been approved.Refund Policy- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
- No refunds after I have finished the commission
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

this is fully coloured and essential consists of two ‘waist up’. Thus, the price for a piece like this would becoloured ($40) + waist up ($50x 2)
